As the years pile up, a lot of old stuff you don’t use anymore may have accumulated so do your spring cleaning in earnest and involve the whole family so they get in on the fun. Smart storage units that can be adapted to any changes you may have to storage needs are the best to work with for they can be enlarged or further divided into smaller spaces as necessary.
Have large drawers, get some slide hardware and split it into two to get double the space with the same area. Have more space than you need, don’t cram everything in there for they tend to get messy. Get cabinet or drawer organizers to get them in order fast. They come in plastic dividers and wood made form moth resistant varieties that are also adaptable.
